Biography

Amanda Kronemeyer focuses her practice on land use regulation before local zoning and planning boards; real estate-related litigation including land use, affordable housing, tenancy, title actions, and property disputes; commercial and residential real estate transactions; leases; and condominium formation. Prior to joining Herold Law, P.A., Ms. Kronemeyer worked as an associate in a prominent East-Coast based law firm, where she represented purchasers, sellers, and real estate developers in a wide range of real estate and land use matters, from the initial transaction to development approvals and litigation. Ms. Kronemeyer received her B.A. from Hofstra University, and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Newark, New Jersey. She has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court (District of New Jersey), and New York.
