Biography

Christine Faustini’s practice is devoted to all aspects of land use regulation. Ms. Faustini has been practicing land use law throughout her thirty-year career, representing objectors, municipal land use boards and real estate developers, and advising municipal elected officials on revisions to land use laws required as part of post-Superstorm Sandy Recovery. Prior to joining Herold Law, P.A., Ms. Faustini spent five years working in a boutique law firm which focused solely on New Jersey affordable housing law. Ms. Faustini also has experience with residential real estate transactions. She received her B.A. from Rutgers College, and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia. She has been admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court (District of New Jersey).
