Richard H. Herold

Mr. Herold specializes in trust and estate planning and administration. His counseling includes the design of sophisticated tax sensitive documents, which also recognize the importance of family and business relationships in the lives of his clients. He has been a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 1978, and has lectured both lay and professional groups.

Long a contributing columnist to Recorder Publishing Company newspapers, he has also published both professional and general commentaries in numerous legal publications and newspapers.

Mr. Herold served for many years as Vice Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics. He has also served as a Trustee, former President, and Trustee Emeritus of the Bonnie Brae Educational Center.

Mr. Herold founded his current firm in 1980.

He served in the U.S. Navy to the rank of Lieutenant and saw combat in Korea.
