Linda Nash Engleby
Ms. Engleby specializes in trust and estate planning and administration. In estate planning, her counseling with clients begins with the initial client interview and continues through finalization and execution of the appropriate estate documents. In an estate administration, Ms. Engleby works with the fiduciary or other interested parties with the goal of resolving all administration issues efficiently and in compliance with state and federal requirements. She counsels trustees, guardians, and beneficiaries on their respective duties, rights and responsibilities in each role. She also represents family members in estate and trust litigation matters. In all instances, Ms. Engleby enjoys getting to know the family and working with its members.
Prior to joining Herold Law, P.A., Ms. Engleby was an associate at Furey, Doolan & Abell in Chevy Chase, Maryland. She served as chaplain at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City in a prior career.
