Gordon A. Millspaugh, Jr.
Mr. Millspaugh counsels clients on all aspects of Estate and Tax planning, including the resolution of family disputes regarding the interpretation of wills and trusts and the dispersion of family assets in adversarial settings. He also counsels corporate and individual Executors, Trustees and Guardians on their duties and responsibilities and the various risks and pitfalls they may face in carrying out their fiduciary responsibilities, including environmental risks relating to real estate. He also represents family members in estate and trust litigation matters.
